Payne Publishers guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt. Please call retail customer service for a return authorization (RA) number. Mail your return in a prepaid method to:

Exchanges will be credited/charged any difference in price including additional shipping charges involved.

Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please call 1-800-854-8669 to receive your RA and instructions. A pickup will be issued and you will not be charged for any additional shipping costs.
